There are also designated leadership positions within the school: In 2019, our school leadership will comprise:

  • Vice Captains: 1 male, 1 female (from Year 6)
  • Sports House Captains: 1 male, 1 female for each of the 4 houses (from Year 6)
     - Gowera Eagles, Gumoo Stingers, Nunee Dingoes and Burrie Taipans

STUDENT COUNCIL
St Francis Xavier Student Council gives the students a formal voice and an opportunity to provide input into some of the decisions made within the school. The two School and Vice Captains are joined by one representative per class in Years 3-6. The Student Council meets twice each term and advises the Leadership Team on student requests and suggestions. The Student Council has been in existence since 2013.
